We're actively working on strengthening our privacy practices as we improve smock. We are fully committed to your privacy and will only continue to improve.

What we collect

Account info: Email and name when you sign up (via Clerk)
Your notes: Content you create is stored in our database
AI interactions: Messages sent to AI assistants are processed by third-party LLM providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI)

How we use it

Your data is used to provide the smock service. We don't sell your data. AI providers may process your messages according to their own privacy policies.

Data retention

Your notes and account data are retained while your account is active. Deleted notes are archived and permanently removed after 30 days. You can request deletion by contacting us.
